Ok so I'm nearly twenty two he's twenty six and idk if this is a new trend. my brother is insistent on wearing specific clothing and I realised all his friends are like that too. my brother always goes out wearing a grey matching nike tracksuit and air maxs which cost over a hundred quid. and a darker grey baseball cap which i think is also nike. his hair's shorter at the sides and all his friends have that same haircut, it almost looks like a bowlcut at the top. next is the words he uses, instead of friend or pal he'll say mush which I think means friend. minging if something's dirty or gross. some of his friends who are male have these gold ear piercings or rings. i told my mum they seem cool and maybe we could hang out and my mum was like they're a different class from you and she said i shouldn't judge them too harshly because they're not bad people. I don't know what she meant by that but i saw my brother watching videos which had people dressing the same way and using the same slang so now I'm wondering if he's part of a new trend I didn't notice. wibta for asking him or?
