Last night me and my boyfriend decided to go late night swimming, it was hot, i just finished cooked and we just said why not. I invited my best friend/roomie and she agreed. We get there and my boyfriend wants to carry me into the 6ft (I’m 5’0 & i can’t swim lol) so i said yeah. She sees us and gets upset and wants to go, I asked her why and she’s just ignoring me, so I go with her to unlock the door (she left her key in the apartment) and i’m asking her why she’s leaving, and I get told that she’s upset because i was with him and she thought it was all of us together. I told her it was but he just wanted to carry me and i’m also telling her that I’m sorry that her boyfriend is acting weird towards her but she doesn’t need to take that out on me, because at the end of the day she could’ve invited him here. As we’re walking to the apartment i’m trying not to get upset because I’m drowning in bills and she’s complaining about her not getting attention. I love my friend but I don’t wanna have to kick her out. I tried not to say anything that i would’ve regretted and I went back to the pool and left her there, as I was leaving she asked me what was I gonna say and I just told her i’d talk to her later. (mind you that , she just lost her job due to not following protocol, and she doesn’t help me around the apartment, everything is solely on me because my name is on the lease, & I just got out of a DV relationship a while ago)
