So long story short, I live with two roommates, both of which have cats, and unlike a normal person, they allow their cats to poop and pee all over the place meaning we live in an utterly disgusting, smelly, and in my opinion, unlivable environment. I keep my area clean, but the moment I walk out my door I am assaulted by the stench of poor cat ownership and care. I have made complaint after complaint for the last 6 months over this issue to no avail and have grown very tired of it, and am planning on moving in the next dew days. Rent is due, however I am feeling like I should withhold it due to not just the environmental aspect, but the extreme health risk this place puts me in. I can't even eat here because I refuse to step foot in the kitchen and make food with cat poop lining the walls and the entire floor being sticky because it's covered in cat urine. Advice would be appreciated, thank you.
