In a nutshell, hvac tech came out to home owned daycare. Didn't fix the problem, canceled my call, left us hot for days. I left a bad review. Later received a anonymous text saying something like he's actually a pimp with a link to his music and Facebook and to report. Very random. WIBTAH to report this to warranty company and other's because should he really be in our homes and he promote that type of thing?
