So me and my one friend are together right now and we are in a pickle. A few months ago I joined this friend group of 3 making me the fourth and it was an odd dynamic at first. This girl let’s call her robin, she was a huge bitch to me because she found it funny. For example, she would pour water on me in front of guys, tackle me in public, comment on my posts i look bad, etc. I was annoyed at first but then I ended up just brushing it off. Background context robbin has a twin brother we’ll call him skyler. robbin brings skyler to all of our hangouts and school events without ever consulting with us if we were every okay or comfortable with it. she would expect our parents to go out of their way to pick him up. skyler happens to be a very rude and judge mental person and we are a group of girls and it’s really weird a random guy hangs out with us. fast forward over sumer after skyler has attend multiple summer functions the group has decided that they want to discuss their feelings on skyler always being there with robbin before they go into the new school year. so we had a very mature conversation with robbin explaining how skyler always being there can make us uncomfortable we even offered to talk to skyler about it ourselves if she felt uncomfortable to do so. ever since we had this conversation robbin has been really annoyed and bitchy with us. robbin is also getting mad that me and another girl in the group are getting really close because she’s been used to everyone being closest with her. she’s a very entitled person and expects to kiss up to her and have our lives revolve around what she wants. for example if we don’t laugh at a joke she makes she will ignore us and go silent on her phone for the remainder of our time together. she also often expects us to pay for her, give her rides, etc. she doesn’t have proper manners and doesn’t say thank you for anything. all our parents have picked up on this as well. this weekend me and my friend have realized we don’t like her as a person. we are starting to distance ourselves and we don’t know if we should end it completely. am i the ass hole?
