My roommate’s cat has been throwing up a lot- it’s probably sick but she does not take it to the vet, and I am not in a financial position to offer taking it to the ver myself (it’s not my cat and that is a large reason why I don’t have pets of my own because it would be irresponsible if I cannot properly care for it). I will usually clean it up when I see it because I don’t want it sitting on the floor all day while we’re at work but this morning I woke up to a huge pile splattered in the hallway and I was just fed up and left it. It feels petty that I didn’t clean it especially considering I wasn’t running late to work and could have, but I’m just tired of cleaning up messes that aren’t mine. AITA?
