My wife (29F) and I (29M) are having a mild tiff over who’s responsible for losing her phone charger. We’re both convinced the other person is TA. Reddit, can you please help us resolve this dispute? We were taking an international flight to London when The Incident happened. She had plugged her phone in to charge on the in-flight outlet. Our two seats only had a single outlet, so at some point when my laptop was low on battery, I asked her if I could please use the plug. She said sure, and unplugged her phone from her charger. I unplugged her charger and plugged in my laptop, leaving the charger on the floor. Two days later, turns out she left her charger on the plane. Her logic: I should have picked up her phone charger and put it in my bag or handed it to her when I took the outlet. My logic: She should have unplugged and put away her own charger when I asked for the plug. AITA? I have a full english breakfast riding on this. EDIT: I’m already feeling suitably chastised, lol, but in my defense to some comments, when I unplugged my wife’s phone charger it was still connected to her phone. I didn’t pick it up because I didn’t want to yank her phone out of her lap.
