We planned a group trip a month ago, and booked everything in advance, Then one of my friend decided not to go, a day notice before our flight. But my friend refuses to share pay to anything since he's not going anymore. At the same time I think he should pay for it specially when it's already booked and paid and he backed out the last minute. Our trip turned into an argument because of this. I can't say that I’m completely certain I handled it the best way, but I just want to know if asking him to pay for his share was fair or if I crossed a line
