My husband works one day a week in the office and the rest of the week from home. One day, he was rushing to get out the door at an unusually early time. I asked him why he was rushing and he said he just needed to get to work. Throughout the day, I asked him a few more times and he dodged the question. Finally I asked him one more time when he got home and he said he said he needed to leave earlier to give his female colleague a lift as she likes to get to the office at an earlier time in order to leave earlier at the end of the day. I was furious and said that it isn’t appropriate to give female colleagues lifts to work without me knowing about it first. He says he told me but I have no recollection of this unicorn conversation. Am I the asshole?
