Me (17M) and my brother (16M) were chilling with our mom in our parents room while she folded laundry, and my brother reached over to my dads nightstand and took a bag of cheetos, proclaiming they were "his now." For context, my brother steals everyone's snacks. Usually behind our backs without apologizing. So it was expected, and I shouldn't be surprised. *But,* cheetos are our dad's favorite snack. Our dad works for almost 12 hours a day as a mechanic, so he's exhausted and in pain at the end of the day. He has this whole routine where he'll eat his snacks with our mom and chat on the couch. I absolutely crashed tf out over that bag. I know it's not that deep, it's just cheetos. But those are my dad's cheetos that he was looking forward to eating after a hard day. So I yelled and ripped into my brother about it and forced him to put the bag back, and now he's saying I'm an asshole, and he doesn't get what's so special about a bag of cheetos that isn't even mine. Edit: I was nice with him at first, I should've specified that it was after the fourth "put it down" that I started yelling. Laundry note: we both help with laundry (taking it downstairs, using machines.) Our mother just enjoys folding clothes
